The idea
In the future, replace bi- with ne-: Ez dê nexwînim means “I will not read”. Dê still comes before the verb. Compare the three forms: dixwînim (I read), dê bixwînim (I will read), and dê nexwînim (I will not read).

Ez dê nexwînim.I will not read.
Tu dê nexwînî.You will not read.
Ew dê nexwîne.He / she will not read.
Sibê em dê nexwînin.Tomorrow we will not read.
Remember the pair: the present negative uses na- (naxwînim), and the future negative uses ne- (nexwînim).
